Memory Based Planner
They run unconstrained ASCP plan and in several plans they see planning time fence dates generated for planned orders that are earlier than the anchor date of the plan unexpectedly
They use the following script to identify same:
select (select mp.compile_designator from msc_plans mp where mp.plan_id = msi.plan_id) plan,
msi.organization_code, item_name, planning_time_fence_date
from msc_system_items msi
where planning_time_fence_date < sysdate-1
and exists (select 1
from msc_supplies ms
where ms.order_type = 5
and ms.plan_id = msi.plan_id
and ms.sr_instance_id = msi.sr_instance_id
and ms.organization_id = msi.organization_id
and ms.inventory_item_id = msi.inventory_item_id);
There's no rhyme or reason as to why certain planned orders are having this issue.
1. Run Unconstrained plan
2. Check plan output and find several planned orders with PTF date earlier than anchor date of the plan
