Symptoms

Reconciliation Denomination not counted in the totals while reconciling Till from BO

Steps to Reproduce:


Pre-requisite:
1. CountTillAtReconcile parameter in BO should be set to Detail
2. Till should have some amount and should be closed from POS

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Login to BO.
2. Go to StoreOps >Till >ReconcileTill.
3. Enter the valid Register & Till ID on “Till Reconcile Information” screen.
4. On “Count Reconcile Detail” screen click on CASH link (For eg. consider amount in Till is 100.11$).
5. On “Count Reconcile Detail” screen enter any value for PENNIES and click on REFRESH TOTAL button.

The value of TOTAL field remains ZERO
