Performance Delay Due to Large Amount of Duplicate Data in AS_ITM_STRC_ASC Table (Doc ID 2204448.1)

In Retail Backoffice and Central office database , duplicate data is inserted in AS_ITM_STRC_ASC table although "UPS" is used in item import.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Process an item import with change type as ADD and check for entries in AS_ITM and AS_ITM_STRC_ASC.
2. Process second item import with change type as UPS.
3. Note that there exists one entry for an item in the AS_ITM table and 2 entries in the AS_ITM_STRC_ASC table for the same item, irrespective of change type.
