SPWA Search Suggested Due Date Field Is Not Accepting Values In Recommended Date Format (Doc ID 2204634.1)

On : version, User Interface

Supply Planning Work Area ( SPWA ) - Suggested Due Date field is not accepting values in recommended date format in the hint.
In the Supply Planning Work Area > Plan Links > Supplies and Demands > Search > Suggested Due Date field,
there is a callout or popup is presented "Example: 29-Nov-1998 15:45:24",

when the user attempt to enter the date in that format, and error occurs.

The date as entered: 29-Nov-2016
and user cannot enter time component.

User Date Preference format: dd-MMM-yyyy

Other date formats work correctly.

Error: The date is not in the correct format.
Enter a date in the same format as this example:
29-Nov-19998 15:45:24

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate > Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Supply Chain Plan > Supply Planning Work Area
2. Select a Plan
3. Click Plan Links > Supplies and Demands link
4. Search
5. With Cursor in Suggested Due Date, a Popup is presented: "Example: 29-Nov-1998 15:45:24"
6. When User Entered Suggested Due Date: 29-Nov-2016 17:00, they received the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search using the Suggested Due Date to find relevant records to review for planning and release and slows the planning cycle and release to production when the User Preference Date Format is dd-MMM-yyyy
