Goal

The Dispatcher is having to manually dispatch FA’s on a closed shift.

This was not an issue in 2.1 but is now a problem with MWM 2.2.
In 2.1, if a shift was closed and the drip all was set to “no” the system would drip the standard amount that was set on the crew shift. In 2.2, if the drip all is set to “no” the assignments will not drip automatically, each assignment will have to be manually dispatched.
