Users Cannot Add or Edit Activity, Administrators Are Able To Edit in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2204871.1)

Symptoms

Recently a new non-wbs (non-schedule)  Activity Type was created. Only Administrative Users can Create and Edit this Activity Type. This does not make the Activity Type Usable for those who need access.

STEPS TO VERIFY:

1. Login in with Credentials for Users who can View the Activity Type on the Project
2. Navigate to a new project, or create a new project (one that was created After the Activity Type was created)
3. Select the Newly create Activity Type as this is viewable
4. Unable to Create or Edit as the expected User.
      NOTE: Administrative users can edit the Activity fully.

Changes

 Newly Created non-wbs / non-schedule Activity Type to environment, most likely there are no other Activity Types in use on the account other than possibly the "out of the box" Risk and Issue.
