"ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" Error During Data Import of ItemExport.xml into Oracle Retail Back Office

When attempting to import a large volume of items and promotions into Oracle Retail Back Office, the number of open cursors increases and the data connections are not closed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Allow the ORBO domain to run for a long time.
2. Import large volumes of data into BO, including item and pricing files.
3. Check the backoffice.log for open connection errors.
