Goal

In OCCAS 5.1.0 version,  when using TCP, why OCCAS responding with ephemeral port 1024 and not the ephemeral port range configured on the OS?

When responding with 200 OK for UPDATE messages OCCAS is using port 1024 rather than TCP Ephemeral range configured on the OS.
