How To Execute comm_dssetup.pl On Directory Server Which Is Installed On Windows Server? (Doc ID 2205486.1)

Goal

We want to install Calendar Server (or other Unified Communications Servers) on a Unix platform such as Solaris or Linux but, we have Directory Server (ODSEE 11.1.1.7) installed on a Windows Server.
Installing or upgrading any of the UCS products requires we run the latest comm_dssetup.pl script.  See the Calendar 8: comm_dssetup.pl Reference

How can we run the latest comm_dssetup.pl on Directory Server installed on Windows Server?  Is a Windows version available?
