P6 Professional Client Does Not Update the Progress Bar During a UN/CEFACT Export

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When exporting UN/CEFACT files, the progress bar does not update to indicate process activity.
The progress bar increases along with process activity.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export a project to UN/CEFACT.
2. The progress bar does not change as the export process continues toward completion.
