The scheduler is not dispatching activities nor processing new requests. There are pending activities to the left of current time and completed activities to the right of current time indicating scheduling errors. The scheduler was restarted and the same errors continue.
## Business Impacts
Field Activities are not being dispatched and this is preventing mandatory work from being completed.
The following entries are seen in the scheduler logs:
