When attempting to GET attachments in Web Client; it hangs and the following error occurs:
Error in application server logs:
Steps to Reproduce the issue:
- Log into Web Client.
- Select an Item with attachment files.
- Click 'Get' button, on the attachment tab of an object. However, when they click on 'Open', this user is able to download the file.
- No response, no errors messages/warnings from Web Client
