Error 54003 Located when Validate Configuration is Ran in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2206145.1)

When attempting to Test configuration changes with the help of Oracle Support Configuration changes, our environment as produced the following errors:

Error 54003 : The <> "<name configured in the system>" does not have an associated Project Type.


1. Oracle Support ( Or on-premise customer can execute steps)  obtains copy of customer environment
2. Access environment as sys_admin
3. Run "Validate Configuration" to check for Errors that will prevent account from moving back into production mode
