It Is Not Possible to Edit Warehouse Address After a Connection Drop During Process of Creating a Warehouse (WH) (Doc ID 2206149.1)

It is not possible to edit the Warehouse Address after a connection drops in the middle of creating a warehouse  The following error is encountered:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a warehouse and do not fill the address.
2. Force a shutdown of the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) session by closing the browser (in a real life scenario, internet issues may cause this, as well).
3. Reconnect and try to edit the same warehouse.  Error occurs.
