It is observed that when reload discount data using the semaphore and simultaneously sending discount transactions from CM to realtime discount Pipeline, Pipeline crashed with below error:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Load the semaphore to reload the discounts:
    ifw.DataPool.DiscountModelDataModule.Module.Reload {}
2. While pipeline is reloading the discounts, send some requests to purchase the plan having the real time discount at high frequency (2-3 times in a second) continuously.
