Collections Configuration Center - Unexpected Behavior Of Save Button When Creating A New Scenario

The problem occurs when creating a new scenario from scratch in the BRM client tool "Collections Configuration Center".
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Collections Configuration Center
2) Click File Menu > New Scenario
3) Fill Scenario Name, Entry Amount, and add at least one action to the panel in the right.
4) Click Save
5) The app saves the scenario but then asks the user: "Would you like to save your changes?". If the user clicks "Yes" then another message appears: "Scenario Name is null"
Altough the scenario gets created properly, this message is confusion for the customer, who doesn't clearly understand if the scenario was saved or not.
