"Current Timesheet Period Does Not Exist" Error When Attempting to Use Timesheets.

When attempting to use the Timesheets tab of Team Member Web, the following error occurs:

"Current Timesheet Period does not exist"

TMWEB log: "com.oracle.pgbu.rest.resources.timesheet.TimesheetResource handleException
GRAVE: Timesheet period doesn't exist
com.oracle.pgbu.rest.exception.timesheet.TimesheetPeriodException: Timesheet period doesn't exist&clickstream=no"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Timesheets view in Team Member Web.
