In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.7, Unavailable Qty in the Inventory Adjustment screen is displayed incorrectly in the SIM handheld terminal (HHT) for Notional Pack Items. It is expected that the same Unavailable Qty shown in the Item Lookup screen should be in the inventory adjustment.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Considering a pack item and component item where pack =10Xcomponent, create an inventory adjustment for a notional pack item for 10 Qty to move to unavailable inventory.
- Item Lookup display is correct: Unavailable Inventory for Pack is 10, Component 100.
- While trying to create the inventory adjustment to move the inventory back to available, the unavailable qty is displayed incorrectly for the Pack (100). It should display 10 instead of 100 for the notional pack item.
