OCA Web Client Applet Does Not Appear (Doc ID 2206821.1)

Goal

The OCA Web Client Applet does not appear.

The login screen of the OCA Web Client Applet is not appearing after clicking "Launch Selected Server Sessions" button. The message "Please allow time for the applet to load." gets displayed in the browser page. However, even after a long time, the applet does not load/appear. This was tried in different web browsers.
