ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manually allocated Activities no long automatically dispatch to Closed Crew Shifts

After upgrading from 2.2.0.1.4 to 2.2.0.3.11, Activities manually allocated to Closed Crew Shifts no longer dispatch automatically. Each Activity requires the dispatcher to manually click the Dispatch button. In earlier versions, this dispatching would happen automatically after the manual assignment was made.

1. Close a Crew Shift (in progress or planned)
2. Sign on the MDT with the Crew
3. Manually allocate additional work to the Crew Shift
4. Manually allocated Activity does NOT automatically dispatch
