On A Single-tagged Interface, IPSA Should Use "identifier Vlan-id" Instead Of "identifier Ce-vid" (Doc ID 2206935.1)

Symptoms

Adding an additional "Identifier" in the Huawei configuration policy which is "vlan-id"  will help to achieve another configuration style:
