Symptoms

On PFT 8.0.2.0.4, it appears that a percent ( % ) distribution allocation with source ALL, driver USD gives incorrect translated currency output.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Source currency - ALL (has USD, EUR, JPY currencies)
Driver Currency - USD
Factor Operator - Both - Accrual Basis & Constant
Accrual Basis - Actual/Actual
operator - Multiplier - constant - 12.33

The Output records appear to have incorrect balance values improper operator tab definition application + currency translation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect records to be properly converted to USD currency.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new allocation as follows:

"Source currency - ALL (has USD, EUR, JPY currencies)
Driver Currency - USD
Factor Operator - Both - Accrual Basis & Constant
Accrual Basis - Actual/Actual
operator - Multiplier - constant - 12.33
