Newly Added BI Publisher Report or Changes to Existing Reports Do Not Show Up in P6 Reports Tab (Doc ID 2206979.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

A new report added in BI Publisher is not showing up in P6.

Changes made to a report in BI Publisher (example: default file format) are not seen in P6.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The new report added to BI Publisher shows in the Reports tab of P6.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web, browse to Reports and view the list
  2. Add a new report (with attached data model) to a folder under the configured report home folder in BI Publisher
  3. Refresh P6 and see that the new report is not visible
