Print Preview Option Does Not Render Properly for All CRFs (Doc ID 2207230.1)

Print preview does not render properly when attempting to display all eCRFs.

This issue was observed using Internet Explorer 11.

STEPS

It can be replicated by following the steps below:

1. Click on Monitor button.
2. On SV Report tab, click Print Preview link on any subject.
3. Click All at the bottom of the screen.
