Symptoms

Problem Summary
If RPM_PROMO.PROMO_DISPLAY_ID contains character, Allocation returns error message when user tries apply rules or save the allocation.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Define a promotion RPM_PROMO table with PROMO_DISPLAY_ID containing character. For example SV00000201.
2. Create Standard Allocation.
3. Add Context = Promotion.
4. Select the Promotion.
5. Source Demand to Manual.
6. Apply rules.
7. Note error message.
