Not Able To Update Checkmark For Category " Function Is Permitted To Access All Data In The System"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Not being able to tick the checkmark which appears once opening permissions of any category having data source as function which says"Function is permitted to access all data in the system".
Even if logged into the system using valid Admin credentials still getting the error " Function permissions changed but user has not been authenticated".
In "Permit functions to access all data in the system" module also have updated admin privileges but still not able to update permissions of the category.
