Goal
On : 7.4.0.13.0 version, Subscription Management, as a part of the billing utilities, when the user runs the pin_cycle_fee process daily, it is giving a very bad performance. The DBA team traces the process and points 3 queries that need to be improved. Please help to make some changes over existing indexes and creating new ones.
