Unable To Place Orders Using Microsoft Edge Browser

Users are unable to submit Orders via the 'EdgeHTML 14' layout in the Microsoft Edge web browser. This has been narrowed down to redirects sent from sendLocalRedirect() holding the parameter '_requestid' to maintain the request information. It looks like Edge 14 browser does not process the redirect if a querystring parameter is passed on the URL..
