How to Add Phase Information on Trouble Info Customers List (Doc ID 2209250.1)

When operating a device to drop customers, it is not clear  what specific customers are on a particular phase.  There should be a clear way to determine what phase a customer is attached.  Similar to the AMI Customer View of Trouble Info, the Customers List should also provide the phase of the customer's service device.
