Unable to change 'Store To Store Carrier Default' in Store Inventory Management (SIM) Store Admin.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to SIM Store Admin > Choose Topic Transfers > Try to change default carrier to anything different from current value.
2. Save the change.
3. Reopen the same window.
4. Find that the old value is still there instead of the changed value.
