AP: Building AP Maintenance Assortment Setup Workbook Results in Error "Error finishing wizard for template apsetup" and Building Maintenance Clustering Workbook Results in Error "Unable to connect to the RPAS server" (Doc ID 2209564.1)

The following intermittent issues occurred after the nightly batch.  

When building the Oracle Retail Assortment Planning (AP) Maintenance Assortment Setup workbook, the following error occurs after clicking OK at the first screen "Select the domain for this new workbook":

Error: Error finishing wizard for template apsetup

When building the AP Maintenance Clustering workbook, the following error occurs upon clicking Finish:

RPAS Fusion Client
Unable to connect to the RPAS server. This might be a temporary situation, and re-trying the action might help clear it. If the situation persists, then please contact your system administrator. Alternatively, you may want to logout and try to reconnect.

The workaround is to manually bounce the Domain Daemon.
