The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK__RSCode__Category__4F12BBB9" (Doc ID 2209581.1)

Symptoms

 When executing the Script for Tracker 6.8.2 (Patch 18349847)against MS SQL SERVER 2014 Database Server gives the below error:

INSERT INTO dbo.RSCode(
CategoryID,CodeID,Description,CreatedOn,CreatedBy,IsSystem,InsuranceType)
SELECT 8000,0,'No',GETDATE(),'Oracle',1,2
WHERE   NOT EXISTS (SELECT 1 FROM RSCode WHERE CategoryID = 8000 AND CodeID = 0);

Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Server CVGWQCLU14DB\SQL2014, Procedure tI_RSCode, Line 47
Incorrect syntax near '@errno'.
Msg 547, Level 16, State 0, Line 183
The conflict occurred in database "Tracker_QA", table "dbo.RSCodeCategory", column 'CategoryID'.
The statement has been terminated.

There is another part where it alters a view and it failing as well:

Msg 207, Level 16, State 1, Procedure VSearchProject, Line 440
Invalid column name 'IsIncludeExchange'.
Msg 207, Level 16, State 1, Procedure VSearchProject, Line 441
Invalid column name 'EXCHANGEINTENTION'.
