Error: "Unable to Load Data on Activities View" When Viewing Activities in P6 Web

When attempting to view activities in P6 web, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 web.
- Select the Project tab and open a project.
- Select the Activities View and observe the error.
