Symptoms



When duplicating a shift weekly template (SWT), the mobile worker from the original template is re-used. As a result, after duplicating the SWT for a new user, one cannot "Apply" it right away. The user now has to go into the Crew Allocation and update the Mobile Worker and Vehicle.
