Serialized UPC Item Does Not Work with UIN Functionality in SIM (Doc ID 2209837.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management System(SIM), unable to open UIN window for serial/UPC item in all transactions, such as Transfer, Return, Inventory Adjustment, etc.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In RMS, create parent item/upc item: xxxxxxxxx/yyyyyyyyyyyyy
2. Approve them.
3. In SIM, navigate to Main Menu > Shipping/Receiving > Return and create a new return.
4. Add item and enter item xxxxxxxxx and click on UIN column, see the UIN window opened.
5. Create a new return and add item yyyyyyyyyyyyy. Click on UIN column, unable to open UIN window.

This is an issue across SIM application.
