Assign DCI Book To Patient Returns Error "1212500: An error occured while performing expectedness processing" (Doc ID 2210297.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to assign patients to an enhanced DCI Book the following error occurs.

1212500: An Error occured while performing expectedness processing

Click on OK and the following error appears:

1212600: Ora-20000: 93 patients had error during processing and are still pending reconstruction of expectedness
ORA-06512: at "OPA.OPA_USER_MSG", line 398
ORA-06512: at RXC.OCI_FLEX_
