Enhancement Request
Client’s New Business process requires Data Intake for automated Enrollments.
Employer Groups (Group Customers) provide Enrollment information for their Employee population.
The Enrollment information consists of Employee and Family data, and Insurance Applications.
Client has been doing automated enrollment, and needs to replicate this process in OIPA.
The implementation team's design for this process uses the OIPA Data Intake functionality,
paired with the Client, Role, and Policy/Application business rules required to facilitate automated enrollment.
OIPA has all the necessary functionality with one exception, the ability to create Case/Applications.
A new business rule has been proposed “CreateApplication”, similar to “CreatePolicy” that would allow users to automatically create Applications in OIPA,
and therefore match the existing client new business process.

Changes

 Initial implementation of OIPA
