Error Upgrading To TRC3.1 During Install_TRC.sh (Doc ID 2210492.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.1 version, Installation

When attempting to upgrade to TRC 3.1 from TRC 3.0.2.4 using the following command line:
sh ./install_TRC.sh -cdm_schema cdm -odb_schema odb -app_schema apps -enterprise_schema ent -db_conn pom31prd -cdm_indx_tablespace cdm_index_ts -index_tablespace odb_index_ts -lob_tablespace odb_lob_ts -promoter_offset 1000 -flanking_offset 1000 -partition_mode study -db_platform exadata -job_schema joben -job_store jobstore -job_index_tbs JOB_INDEX_TS -dbfs_tbs DBFS_DATA_TS -dbfs_lob_tbs DBFS_LOB_TS -max_parallel_degree 8

the following error occurs.

Customer find out that he had the wrong password for the jobs user (joben). It is giving a somewhat different message now indicating "no privileges on tablespace 'USERS""
