Symptoms

After running an undo batch of LEDGER_STAT in PFT, the process is hanging there, the following error message showing in the relevant undo log file:

oexn() SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found! Oracle Error:
ORA- 00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA- 01000: maximum open cursors exceeded ORA- 00604: error occurred at
