Dynamic Workflow Configuration - Workflow State Timer not displayed (Doc ID 2210638.1)

Symptoms

The Workflow State timer (first set of traffic lights - day/time) is not displayed.  Only the timer for the complete workflow state (second set of traffic lights - days/time) is displayed.  

Steps:

1. Configure the workflow rules for the units and preferred state.

2. Create a case and verify in case_master that the due date is populated for the case.

3. Open the case and verify that the workflow state timer is not displayed.
