Failed Summarization Scheduled Service Job Stuck in Delegated State in P6 (Doc ID 2210646.1)

Symptoms

When right-clicking on a failed scheduled Summarization job and choosing Run Service, the status remains as DELEGATED and the job does not complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Right-click on a failed summarization scheduled service.
  2. Choose Run Service.
  3. Observe the status changes to Delegated and does not run.
