Contract Management Group is Missing In Jboss Despite Being Present In the Administration Utility.

On : 13.0 SP3 version, Client Configuration

When attempting to change groups, either in the contract management application, or in the administrative login, when looking at the content management server settings, one of the groups is missing. The group is present in the external admin application, and in the user settings in the browser administration application.

The group should be available throughout the application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into contract management and click the change group link.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access their missing group.
