Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Filter "tool type" does not work in folder "Tool Templates" of Document base module.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Filter "tool type" should work in folder "Tool Templates" of Document base module.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base > Global or any other > Tool Template.
  2. Create templates with different tool types if necessary.
  3. Click button "More filters", assign an appropriate Tool Type, click button "Apply filters".
  4. Notice that it returns nothing in the result.
