User Deleted from MSS Remains in Security_Users Table and Show in MSS after someTime. (Doc ID 2210963.1)

Symptoms

Users (user ids) when deleted from GUI does not get deleted from security_users table. It is visible in MSS again after sometime. This is happening for customers having LDAP set-up.
