Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), Database Error message displays after scanning 2D Barcode on Fill/Pickup/Cancel/View Order transaction.

Steps to Reproduce:

CASE 1:
1. From the Sell Item screen.
2. Scan 2D Barcode.

CASE 2:
1. F5/Transaction->F9/More->F4/Order->F2/New.
2. Scan 2D Barcode on Enter Transaction screen.

CASE 3:
1. F5/Transaction->F9/More->F4/Order->F3/Modify.
2. Select F4/Pickup-> Scan 2D Barcode on Order Search screen.

CASE 4:
1. F5/Transaction->F9/More->F4/Order->F3/Modify->F5/Cancel Order.
2. Scan 2D Barcode on Order Search screen.

CASE 5:
1. F5/Transaction->F9/More->F4/Order->F3/Modify->F6/View Order.
2. Scan 2D Barcode on Order Search screen.
