Adding Message Recall Functionality to Convergence 3 (Doc ID 2211665.1)

Goal

Messaging Server 8 supports Message Recall, but we are realizing that Convergence 3 does not seem to have access to that functionality, which does not make sense to us considering both are components of the same product suite.

Is Convergence 3 unable to use the Message Recall function of Messaging Server 8? If not, is there an Enhancement Request active regarding this feature?
