Error in Submission When Utilizing Resource Planning Advance Search Page in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to search for a Resource by Last Name only and selecting All on the Resource Planning Advanced Search page, the following error occurs.

Review the errors shown below, click the button at left, and try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again.

STEPS TO VERIFY
1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as an Administrator
2. Navigate to the Resource Planning page
3. Click the Advanced Search link
4. Select "Allocations (Associated with)" = All Resources
5. Last Name Starts With - <
6. Click Search
7. Receive Error
