Error in Submission When Utilizing Resource Planning Advance Search Page in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2211877.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search for a Resource by Last Name only and selecting All on the Resource Planning Advanced Search page, the following error occurs.

Error in Submission...

Review the errors shown below, click the button at left, and try to correct the errors noted. Then submit again.

Submission failed.
Evaluation exception during submission.
Evaluating response DCT. [engine-id = <<Specific to account>>, engine-name = /resource_planning/listing, time =<<time stamp>> ] Null pointer exception thrown during callout invocation of public instantis.callout.SWHash instantis.callout.SWHash.getSWHash(java.lang.String); instance was null. in expression [SW_TM_Allocations_Array = SW_Role_Map.getSWHash("Allocations")]


STEPS TO VERIFY

1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as an Administrator
2. Navigate to the Resource Planning page
3. Click the Advanced Search link
4. Select "Allocations (Associated with)" = All Resources
5. Last Name Starts With - <<Enter Resource Last Name>>
6. Click Search
7. Receive Error
