Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), when you try to run a T2T batch (ex. T2T_IRC_RATE_HIST), the batch ends in a 'Failed' status.  No log files are created in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/t2t or in $FIC_DB_HOME/log/revloader.  Checking the agent process logs in $FIC_DB_HOME/log, you find the following error in the routerTrace.log:

2016-12-06 | 17:45:16 | router | INFO | | | Message for target ...000221##F##I##D##xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx##xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx##INDmasServer!!main!!NOFSAAINFOD_T2T_FOR_IRC_RATE_HISTORY_20161130_2^^LOAD DATA^^Task1^^20161130^^xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,EDW,OFSAA,Table To Table,ALM_STAGE,T2T_IRC_RATE_HIST,NULL,NULL##

2016-12-06 | 17:45:16 | router | SEVERE | | | Error ...Attempt to connect was rejected ...

The error prevents the batch from connecting to the messageserver.
