When the Bill Segment tab of the Bill page is loaded, the data table for the bill’s available bill segments does not have proper alignment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CCB 126.96.36.199.0 using IE11 or Mozilla Firefox
2. Go to Main Menu - Financial- Bill
3. Open any available bill
4. Go to Bill Segment tab
5. Observe that the Bill Segments data table is not properly aligned
