PDC Did Not Display Cycle Forward Event for Selection in Discount Selector

On : 11.1.0.6.0 version, User Interface
While trying to create discount selector for subscription event (cycle forward) in PDC, there were the following issues:
• Not able to map it to cycle forward event (event and service list box are empty)
• Not able to set rule based on event attributes (usage class, impact category, etc) in EDR; however, customer attributes are available in the rule section.
It was not synchronization issue, as there was no issue to create discount offers in PDC.
It seems the issue was only with the selector.
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Click on Create Discount Selector
2) Select any service with cycle forward event which is not possible.
